EICA / Electrical Engineer

West Midlands | Water & Wastewater | Multiple Upgrade Schemes

We are currently recruiting for an experienced EICA / Electrical Engineer to join a leading water main contractor delivering multiple wastewater treatment upgrade projects across the West Midlands.

The role will support projects from design and procurement through to installation and commissioning, working closely with project, commercial, design, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and support electrical design development.
  • Liaise with suppliers and review technical drawings and documentation.
  • Prepare electrical tender packages and scopes of work.
  • Manage TQs and RFIs relating to EICA works.
  • Attend FATs and support equipment procurement.
  • Identify and manage scope deviations with project and commercial teams.
  • Plan electrical works, including shutdowns and client approvals.
  • Support commissioning plans, commissioning activities, and check sheets.
  • Supervise electrical installation works on site as required.
  • Ensure EICA works are delivered safely, to programme, and in line with project requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical/EICA Engineer, ideally with a background in water, wastewater, utilities, or process engineering.

You should have experience across electrical installation, technical documentation, supplier liaison, and commissioning, with the ability to work effectively across both site and project environments.
