Location: Swinton, Manchester
Salary range: £38,000 - £60,000
Sign on bonus: Up to £5,000
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / On-Site

We are seeking EICA Engineers at all stages of their careers, to join our team working on Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation systems across our manufacturing site supporting operational reliability, continuous improvement and future modernisation and automation projects. Our EICA engineers work closely with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Planning and Maintenance teams, playing a central role in maintaining high equipment uptime and driving improvement projects and initiatives.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (£38,000 - £60,000 depending on qualifications, experience and role offered)
  • Annual performance bonus of up to 15%
  • Special sign on bonus of up to £5,000 (50% in first pay, 50% on passing probation, only applicable to certain roles, T&C's apply)

What we are looking for:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Mathematics, English and Science at grade C/4 or above.
  • Qualifications ranging from Level 3 to Degree level in Engineering, specialising in EICA.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.
