An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker—whether you're an established Band 6 practitioner or ready to take the next step in your career—to join our highly regarded Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team.

As a Care Coordinator, you'll become part of a vibrant multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals who work collaboratively with service users and their families using a bio-psycho-social, spiritual and recovery-focused approach. You'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, expertise and passion while being supported every step of the way.
The Role
You'll coordinate care and support for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis, working collaboratively with them, their families and partner agencies to provide holistic, recovery-orientated interventions that promote independence, resilience and hope.
