ELC Fragrance Specialist & Make-up Artist
As one of our highly skilled beauty consultants, you’ll combine your creative expertise, technical skill, and passion for beauty to deliver a personalized, educational, and delightful in-store experience for our customers. Whether guiding them through fragrance discovery or elevating their look with expert make-up application, your mission is to inspire confidence and connection.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized, and hands-on beauty services (fragrance advisorship + make-up artistry) to enhance customer satisfaction
- Educate patrons about luxury beauty trends, product features, and application techniques
- Execute impactful in-store events and promotions to boost engagement
- Ensure concise visual merchandising displays that align with brand aesthetics and standards
- Represent Estée Lauder brand values with professionalism, energy, and positivity

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Desired/Preferred: Professional certification or substantial experience in make-up artistry or retail beauty consultancy.
- Apprentice-friendly: We embrace applicants with hobby-level experience who demonstrate:
- Exceptional creative and technical skill (e.g., portfolio or notable personal projects)
- Enthusiasm for beauty, self-expression, and luxury lifestyle
