eLearning Specialist

Working with a well-established insurance business who are looking for an eLearning Specialist to join their L&D team based in Bristol.

You'll be creating and revising eLearning content for both internal teams and external business partners, think engaging online courses that boost product knowledge and technical skills. You'll be hands-on with the whole process: building assets, editing audio/video, and working closely with L&D Consultants and subject matter experts to bring learning content to life.

  • Good grasp of instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Someone who can work at pace without dropping quality
