eLearning Specialist
Working with a well-established insurance business who are looking for an eLearning Specialist to join their L&D team based in Bristol.
You'll be creating and revising eLearning content for both internal teams and external business partners, think engaging online courses that boost product knowledge and technical skills. You'll be hands-on with the whole process: building assets, editing audio/video, and working closely with L&D Consultants and subject matter experts to bring learning content to life.

You'll also share responsibility for the LMS (Learning Management System), keeping it running smoothly, handling upgrades, content and user management, reporting on usage, and troubleshooting for users.

- Solid experience with Articulate 360/Storyline (RISE too), ideally expert level
- Good grasp of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
- Confident with Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia/graphics work
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Someone who can work at pace without dropping quality
