At Smith & Brock, we’re proud to be a family-run company built on a simple but powerful belief:
To have the best people supplying the best product with the best service, at the right price, to customers who truly value these qualities.
We believe in doing things the right way, from the quality of our produce to the way we deliver it. We're a family-run business committed to sustainability, service, and the people who make it all happen.
We’re looking for experienced electric bike couriers to join our growing team and handle our second wave of fresh produce deliveries across London. As an e-bike driver, you’re not just delivering fruit and veg, you're a brand ambassador, a customer service champion, and a visible part of our commitment to a greener city.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
