Electrical Site Supervisors Minor Works & Civils
We are currently looking for two experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join our Minor Works and Civils team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused, hands-on electrical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and has previous experience supervising electrical installation teams.
You will play a key role in leading site teams, coordinating works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and right first time.
The Role
- Supervise electrical installation teams and subcontractors on site
- Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to support project delivery
- Plan and coordinate electrical works in line with project programmes
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet specifications and regulations
- Promote a strong health & safety culture through toolbox talks and site controls
- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges on site
- Ensure electrical works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, contractors and other site teams
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on site activities

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Foreman
- Strong electrical installation knowledge and experience
- Previous experience supervising electrical teams and subcontractors
- Good understanding of BS 7671 / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Electrical trade qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent
- Strong health & safety awareness
- SSSTS or SMSTS would be advantageous
- CSCS or relevant site qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident leading teams on site.
You will have strong electrical knowledge, previous supervisory experience and the ability to make decisions and resolve issues in a fast-moving project environment.
The position will be based within the Maidstone team, with projects across various sites.
