The starting salary will be from £26,965.00 on Grade C, Apprentice.

Estate Services – Maintenance Operations

This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. Working 36.5 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday, including 1 day at Exeter College.

Summary Of The Role

We are pleased to announce an opening for an Electrical Apprentice (Level 3) within our Estates Electrical Maintenance team, based at the Streatham Campus. Starting September/October 2026, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career.

You will be enrolled in the Level 3 Installation and Maintenance Electrician course at Exeter College, combining high-quality academic training with hands-on professional experience. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop the practical skills necessary to succeed, including fault diagnosis, wiring installations, testing, and commissioning.
