  • £45,760 plus overtime and standby payments, with opportunity for pay progression up to £60,000
  • Business use of company van, tools, and PPE equipment
  • Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time
  • Location: Covering Grimsby, Brigg, and wider Humber areas

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for wiring, installing, maintaining, and controlling the high diversity of electrical equipment necessary to treat and distribute water.
  • This includes:
    • Calibrating and maintaining technical analytical equipment
    • Investigate asset trends and carry out electrical interventions
    • Assist electrical framework contractors and internal high voltage, optimisation, and automation teams
    • Utilise electrical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • React to technical issues to maintain water supply

Requirements

What does it take to be an Electrical Asset Technician?

  • Level 3 electrical qualification
  • Completed an electrical apprenticeship
  • Strong health & safety focus
  • Industrial electrical experience
  • Ability to work standby and overtime as necessary

As well as carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on our electrical assets, you will work towards a Licence to Operate Qualification to enable you to operate and maintain water treatment assets and processes.
