Electrical Building Services Engineer
An Electrical Building Services Engineer is required in Greater Manchester for a 12-week contract, carrying out building services maintenance with a strong focus on electrical systems and fault finding.
The Role
As The Electrical Building Services Engineer, You'll
- Carry out electrical building services maintenance and respond to reactive requirements.
- Diagnose faults using a logical and methodical approach.
- Identify reactive maintenance tasks and work effectively without direct supervision.
- Support Other Engineering Trades Where Reasonably Required.
- Contribute effectively within a multi-skilled building services team.
- Adapt to changing maintenance priorities and operational requirements.

About You
To be successful as the Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll have:
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365-03) or an equivalent qualification.
- City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition qualification.
- A time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent training.
- Strong building services knowledge and multi-skilled engineering capability.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements.

Advantageous Experience:
- IPAF, PASMA, HVAC, CAFM/CMMS or BMS experience.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
