Highly Successful well funded Energy Startup and are recognised as one of the key players within the Synthetic Fuel Industry are looking for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer.
What you'll be doing:
- Execute electrical commissioning programmes on deployed synthetic fuel plants, ensuring control systems and software perform safely and as expected
- Commission PLC, HMI and SCADA systems, including loop checking and verifying industrial communications protocols
- Lead temporary and permanent LV electrical site setup, and commission solar array electrical systems
- Hands-on fault finding, anomaly detection and diagnosis on complex processing hardware handling gases, liquids and solids
- Flag issues early and work with the engineering team to resolve them before systems go live

🎯 What they're looking for:
- 2–3 years commissioning electrical systems on industrial or processing equipment
- PLC / HMI / SCADA commissioning experience
- BS7671 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification
- Degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline
- Proven experience working independently on active project sites
- Able to diagnose and solve problems without supervision
