Looking for a New Challenge Away from the Tools?

If you've built your career as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, QS or Electrical Supervisor, you already have something we can't teach: industry knowledge and credibility.

This is an opportunity to use that experience in a different way, helping businesses manage their electrical compliance requirements while developing a rewarding commercial career.

You'll be selling services that organisations legally need, including Fixed Wire Testing (EICR), PAT Testing and wider compliance solutions, backed by the strength and reputation of PTSG.

Previous sales experience isn't essential. If you're confident speaking to people, commercially minded, and ready for a new challenge, we'll support you with the rest.

The Role

As an Electrical Compliance Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing business across your territory by:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Attending meetings from warm leads and referrals
  • Advising clients on electrical compliance requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for EICR, PAT Testing and related services
  • Managing opportunities from first conversation through to sale
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
