Core Search are working with one of the UK's leading MEP Contractors who have secured a major package of works across the HS2 framework.
With a strong pipeline of projects secured for the next 5+ years, our client is delivering key infrastructure packages across multiple HS2 station developments and is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the UK's most prestigious infrastructure projects, offering long-term security, excellent earning potential, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate electrical installation activities on site
- Supervise direct labour, subcontractors, and specialist supply chain partners
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure resources are effectively managed
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, and Client Representatives
- Monitor progress against programme and report on project performance
- Drive health & safety compliance and promote a positive safety culture on site
- Manage inspections, quality control processes, and snagging activities
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities through to successful handover
- Identify and resolve construction and technical issues efficiently
- Attend site meetings and contribute to project delivery strategy
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated correctly

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on large-scale MEP, rail, infrastructure, or commercial projects
- Strong electrical building services background
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of health & safety and quality requirements within major projects
- Relevant electrical qualifications and site management certifications
- Experience within rail or infrastructure environments would be advantageous
