Position: Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Salary: £55,000 per annum
We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-established commercial electrical contractor who, due to significant growth in recent times, now have a need for another Electrical Contracts Manager to join the team.
Electrical Contracts Manager Job Overview
- Overseeing a small team of Electricians, both employed and subcontracted labour, to deliver electrical refurbishment projects within a range of commercial sectors including leisure and hospitality
- Being the point of contact for clients from the initial conception stage of the project to the final handover
- Attending weekly progress meetings with the office team to provide clear updates on the projects
- Acting as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for the contracts you manage, including signing off engineer's electrical testing certifications and taking part in NICEIC inspections

Electrical Contracts Manager Job Requirements
- Strong commercial electrical contracts background, with experience directly within leisure and/or hospitality projects highly desirable
- Qualified Electrician, holding NVQ Level 3 Electrical, AM2, 18th Edition, and 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalents)
- Previous experience managing teams of electricians, both on-site and remotely
- Based within a commutable distance of Bedford, with a full UK driving licence

- Basic salary: £55,000 per annum
- Company vehicle or car allowance (flexible)
- Hybrid working, split between home, site, and office visits
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
