Electrical Associate Director Windsor | Up to £95,000 + Excellent Benefits + Hybrid Working

I am working with a well-established and highly respected building services consultancy that is looking to appoint an Electrical Associate Director to play a key leadership role within its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Associate Director who wants genuine influence within a business, the chance to shape a team, and the platform to help drive future growth. You'll join a collaborative office of around 25 engineers and take on a visible leadership position within a thriving consultancy that works across a diverse range of sectors.

The Role

As an Electrical Associate Director, you will provide technical leadership and strategic support to a team of electrical engineers while maintaining involvement in project delivery and technical excellence.

You will play a leading role within the Windsor office, helping to develop engineers, improve standards and contribute fresh ideas that support the continued success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing the electrical engineering team
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance across projects
  • Carrying out QA and peer reviews
  • Maintaining high technical standards across all project work
  • Mentoring and developing engineers at different stages of their careers
  • Supporting business growth through innovation and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with senior leadership to influence the future direction of the team

What You'll Need

  • Strong background in Building Services Electrical Design
  • Proven experience in a senior or leadership-level position
  • Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor, coach and inspire engineers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to introduce new ideas and improvements
  • Ambition to play a significant role within a growing consultancy

Projects

You'll work across a broad range of projects and sectors, providing variety and long-term career development. The business deliberately avoids the data centre market, offering exposure to a wider mix of building services projects.
