What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Designing and developing electrical systems and components to meet project specifications
- Producing technical drawings, schematics and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers and project managers
- Conducting electrical analysis, modelling and simulation to validate designs
- Supporting the implementation and testing of electrical solutions
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant technical standards including ISO 9001
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions
- Contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies
