Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation Design Engineer
Location: Culham, Abingdon - Hybrid / 3 days per week in Office
- Proven experience in Electrical and Controls & Instrumentation (C&I) engineering, supported by a strong electrical engineering background.
- Good knowledge of applicable UK electrical safety regulations and EU/UK directives, with demonstrable experience applying these to engineering designs.
- Practical understanding of machinery safety principles and experience applying BS EN 60204-1.
- Experience using AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT to produce electrical engineering drawings and documentation.
- Knowledge of electrical enclosure and control panel design/manufacturing techniques.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of recognised engineering drawing standards, particularly BS EN 61082.
