We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our Electrical Design team
The Role
You will lead and develop a team of Electrical Design Engineers while taking ownership of electrical design standards, project delivery, resource planning, and technical excellence. You will drive the technical vision and execution of our electrical solutions, ensuring designs meet national and international standards while supporting project schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Electrical Design Engineers, supporting their development and technical growth.
- Design, plan, and develop electrical solutions for warehouse automation and intralogistics projects.
- Produce accurate specifications, costings, and project plans for assigned projects.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing accurate labour and material cost estimates.
- Maintain and administer electrical design software including EPlan and AutoCAD.

Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in electrical design within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, manufacturing automation, or similar industries.
- Experience leading and developing a technical engineering or design team.
- Strong understanding of electrical control systems and machinery safety requirements.
- Knowledge of warehouse and distribution systems and automation project delivery.
