IC Resources is currently working with a leading organisation operating within the major infrastructure sector to support the appointment of an experienced Senior Design Manager on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of major infrastructure works, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Manager with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or complex construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating design activities across major infrastructure works
- Working closely with project teams, designers, consultants, and contractors
- Supporting the development and delivery of design programmes
- Ensuring design activities are effectively coordinated and aligned with project requirements
- Managing design interfaces and resolving technical/design issues
- Providing support and guidance to project stakeholders throughout the design and delivery lifecycle
- Monitoring design progress, risks, and key deliverables

Key Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
- Strong experience within major infrastructure environments
- Experience coordinating multiple design disciplines and project stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within complex project environments
- A structured and proactive approach to managing design delivery
