About The Role
Balfour Beatty are partnering with the MEH Alliance is seeking an experienced Electrical Discipline Quality Manager to support the delivery of critical installation works at Hinkley Point C. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring quality excellence across one of the most complex and important infrastructure projects in Europe.
As a Quality Manager, you will support the development and implementation of quality management arrangements across the HK8010 contract scope, helping to ensure compliance, continuous improvement and the successful delivery of installation activities. You will also provide support to the wider quality function and deputise for the Quality Director when required.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the development and deployment of quality management arrangements across the MEH Alliance organisation.
- Ensuring quality management processes are effectively implemented across the designated scope of work.
- Managing installation surveillance and inspection activities.
- Overseeing non-conformances and deviations, driving effective resolution and improvement activities.
- Supporting the compilation and review of End of Erection Status Reports (EESRs) and associated documentation.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of quality activities and reporting on quality performance.
- Approving relevant processes, procedures and quality outputs within your area of responsibility.

Essential Requirements Include
- Degree qualified in a STEM discipline.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Strong experience implementing quality management solutions on large-scale projects.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced and evolving project environments.
Desirable Experience
- Professional accreditation within a relevant discipline.
- Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) membership, or working towards Chartered Quality Professional status.
- Experience of contract management arrangements, ideally NEC4.
