Electrical Engineer | Central Bristol | MEP Consultancy
Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for your next opportunity with a growing MEP consultancy?
We’re currently working with an established and growing consultancy based in central Bristol, who are looking to add an Electrical Engineer to their team. Working closely alongside a Senior Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a varied portfolio of projects, develop your technical expertise, and build a long-term career within a supportive and collaborative business.
The Opportunity
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical design who is keen to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to a broad range of projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside experienced Senior Engineers
- Get involved in a diverse range of MEP projects
- Develop your electrical design and technical skills
- Gain further experience across a range of design software and tools
- Take on increasing responsibility as you progress
- Build a long-term career within a growing consultancy
Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical design within an MEP or building services environment.
Experience with some of the following would be highly relevant:
- Electrical design experience within MEP / Building Services
- Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and UK standards
- Experience with LV systems, lighting, small power & containment
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
- Able to produce design calculations, schematics & technical drawings
- Good BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Circa 3 years’ relevant experience in building services design
