About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our packaging, bottling and labelling equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently. You'll support production through preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies, develop your technical expertise and take ownership of improvement projects that drive operational excellence.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Installing and maintaining packaging, bottling and labelling equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Working with PLC-controlled equipment and supporting system diagnostics.
- Delivering preventative maintenance activities and supporting reliability improvements.
- Ensuring production equipment is maintained and ready for operation.
- Using SAP CMMS to manage maintenance activities, work orders and parts inventory.
- Participating in daily maintenance planning meetings and continuous improvement projects.
- Supporting GMP, food safety and housekeeping standards across the site.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
- Experience installing, operating, troubleshooting and maintaining packaging, bottling, labelling or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Strong electrical maintenance experience with PLC exposure.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience fault finding within a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Understanding of power transmission systems and preventative maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Project management experience and a recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as NEBOSH, would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
