Electrical Engineer (CompEx / Manufacturing)
£22 - £25 Per Hour + Training + Progression + Life Insurance + Free Parking + Early Friday Finish

Are you a Time Served Electrician or Electrical Engineer with experience working in hazardous areas, looking to join a specialist manufacturer providing the chance to work on industry-leading equipment?

You will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, producing electrical certification and documentation, supporting hazardous area equipment builds, and mentoring workshop staff to ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standard.
The Role
- Provide electrical support to workshop staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Oversee electrical equipment installation within a manufacturing environment
- Produce electrical documentation and certification for units under build
- Ensure compliance with hazardous area installation requirements (ATEX / IECEx)
- Assist in the preparation and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) procedures
- Support the production of ATEX and associated certification documentation
- Supervise and mentor team members and contractors when required

Monday to Thursday, 7:30 - 4, 3:30 finish on a Friday
The Person
- Time-served Electrician or qualified Electrical Engineer
- Knowledge of ATEX and IECEx standards
- CompEx EX01-EX04 qualified
