CHARTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER | BUILDING SERVICES
Our client, a leading organisation in the building services sector, is looking for a Chartered Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative commercial, residential and industrial developments, delivering sustainable, compliant and technically sound electrical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services, including lighting, power distribution, fire detection and HVAC integration.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations and compliance assessments in line with UK regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications and tender documentation.
- Oversee installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with the IET or equivalent.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc or higher).
- Proven UK experience within building services engineering.
- Strong knowledge of BS Standards, UK Building Regulations and relevant codes of practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar design software.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
