About the role
At Anyone AI, we create high-quality training and evaluation data for frontier AI models. We're looking for Electrical Engineering Experts with practical experience in circuit design, electronics, PCB development, electrical simulations, and technical documentation.
You'll develop and validate realistic engineering tasks that assess whether AI agents can interpret electrical schematics, perform circuit calculations, analyze simulations, identify design errors, and complete professional electrical engineering workflows. Your expertise will help establish reliable reference solutions and meaningful evaluation criteria.
What you'll do
- Design realistic electrical engineering tasks based on electronics development, circuit analysis, and electrical systems design.
- Create and review electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and technical specifications.
- Develop tasks involving analog and digital circuit design, component selection, and electrical system optimization.
- Prepare and validate electrical calculations, including voltage, current, power, impedance, and signal behavior.
- Work with circuit simulation tools to analyze system performance and identify potential design issues.
- Review PCB designs for connectivity, component placement, electrical constraints, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Identify incorrect component specifications, circuit faults, design inconsistencies, and missing requirements.
- Create reference solutions with reproducible calculations, simulation outputs, and clearly documented assumptions.
- Review AI-generated designs and analyses for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
