We are hiring for Electrical Engineering Technician (Cabling / Wiring / Avionics)
Location: Flintsh
- Proven practical expertise in cabling work, test box manufacture, component-level equipment diagnostics, self-certification, and reading engineering documentation (theoretical knowledge alone is unsuitable).
- Applied experience as an Electrical Technician, Cabling Specialist, or within Engineering Avionics Systems.
- Avionics, communications, and navigation systems, alongside defence IT software platforms.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting in an open workshop subject to noise considerations and COSHH/PPE safety guidelines for chemical handling.
- Commutable from North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, or South Lancs; standard shifts range between 7:00 AM–9:00 AM start to 3:30 PM–6:00 PM finish.
- Technician requiring practical experience to support senior technicians; ideal candidates hold a Level 3 qualification alongside a nationally recognized Electrical/Electronic engineering apprenticeship (or military equivalent).
