Electrical Estimates & Materials Coordinator

Location: Castleford (Office-based)
Company: PTSG Electrical Services
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Step into a Role That Matters

This is more than producing quotes. As an Electrical Estimator at PTSG Electrical Services, you will play a key part in ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and high-quality pricing for essential electrical remedial works. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of one of the UK's leading specialist services groups.

About the Role

You will review engineer test reports, generate professional quotations, and follow up with customers to secure purchase orders. Working closely with our Technical, Planning, and Operations teams, you will help maintain accuracy, improve information flow, and support smooth nationwide service delivery.

In addition to estimating activities, you will support the ordering and coordination of materials required for remedial works, helping to ensure engineers have the right parts available to complete jobs efficiently.

This is a varied role involving technical assessment, quotation and report creation, materials coordination, communication with internal teams, and problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
