Our EMEA Electrical Services organization, operating across 25 countries with more than 500 employees, delivers lifecycle services across Eaton's electrical products, systems, and software portfolio. We support customers in Data Centers, Utilities & Energy, Industry, Buildings, and Healthcare, helping them maximize reliability, safety, and performance.
From installation and commissioning to maintenance, modernization, troubleshooting, and life-cycle extension, our teams play a critical role in keeping essential infrastructure running.

Whether you're currently working in industrial maintenance, building services, facilities management, power distribution, or electrical installation and commissioning, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop into a highly skilled UPS Field Service Engineer.
You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced specialists, and gain exposure to some of the UK's most critical infrastructure, including hyperscale data centres, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites. What you’ll do:
- Diagnose faults on UPS systems
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of on-line and line-interactive UPS systems
- Carry out preventative maintenance on the existing installed base
- Perform repairs on all types of UPS systems, including standalone and parallel configurations
- Set up and configure remote monitoring software
- Communicate with key stakeholders on technical matters
- Adhere to anti-static policies and procedures
- Apply the ECN process to all repairs
Qualifications:
- Experience working with three-phase electrical systems in an installation, maintenance, service, commissioning or troubleshooting environment
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Previous experience with UPS systems is beneficial but not essential, as full product training will be provided
- A desire to develop specialist expertise in critical power and data centre technologies
