Job Description

We are now looking to hire an experienced Electrical Foreman to play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale electrical installations, providing leadership on site and driving projects to completion safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical teams on-site.
  • Ensure all electrical installations are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and Irish regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor progress and productivity, reporting any issues or delays.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and labour hours.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Electrician with a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
  • Previous experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
