Central London | Starting 12th October 2026 | 40 Hours Per Week

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for 2x Electrical Improvers to join site-based teams working across projects in Central London.

The successful candidates will work as part of small teams assisting with the installation of leak detection systems, primarily across office fit-out and data centre projects.

You will be assisting qualified electricians with a range of electrical installation tasks, including:

  • Cable pulling and installation
  • Installing containment
  • Conduit installation
  • Assisting with wiring and connections
  • General electrical installation support
  • Working safely as part of a small site team

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS or ECS card
  • Previous experience working on commercial construction sites
  • Basic electrical installation knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
  • IPAF certification is advantageous
  • Good attitude and reliable approach to work
