ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR

Location: GLASGOW

Salary & Benefits: £47,000 - £52,000/ Pension / Company Vehicle + Fuel Card / Testing Equipment / Time and 1/2 for unsociable hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough EICRs in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Identify and report defects, safety hazards, and non-compliance issues.
  • Provide clear, detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Stay up to date with BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate findings effectively with clients and offer expert technical advice.
  • Ensure safety protocols and company standards are always followed.

Qualifications Required:

  • City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing.
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification
  • IET BS7671:2018 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

UK Safety Management are an accredited company with a head office in Leeds we have a dedicated team of over 150 professionals, and across the UK, we employ an additional 135 fully qualified engineers. Our staff are updated regularly on the most recent advancements in the industry, enabling them to deliver the latest and most effective solutions to our customers.
