Maintenance Electrician Fenchurch Street

GBP45,000 + Package

Are you a Level 3 Qualified Electrician looking for the stability of a static site in the heart of the City? We are looking for a skilled sparky to join our engineering team based at a high-profile site near Fenchurch Street.

If you're tired of the van life and want a consistent commute to a premium location with guaranteed earning potential, this is the role for you.

The Essentials

  • Salary: GBP45,000 per annum
  • Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
  • Location: Fenchurch Street (Static Site)
  • Call-Out Rota: 1 in 3 (Includes a GBP100 standby allowance)
  • Overtime: Plenty of guaranteed OT available to significantly boost your earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

As the onsite Electrician, you'll be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial estate. From lighting installs and power distribution to emergency light testing and fault finding, you'll be the go-to technical expert on the ground.

What You'll Need

  • Level 3 Qualification: Minimum City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition: Up-to-date wiring regulations.
  • Experience: A solid background in commercial maintenance or installation.
  • Reliability: Since this is a static role, we need someone punctual with a professional can-do attitude for our clients.
