What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
- Fault-finding on industrial motors, LV systems and electrical equipment
- Working with PLC/DCS control wiring and associated plant systems
- Electrical testing, circuit tracing and interpreting technical drawings
- Supporting breakdowns, planned outages and plant improvements
- Working safely under Permit to Work procedures
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical, City & Guilds or recognised electrical apprenticeship
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and fault-finding
- Knowledge of motors, LV systems and electrical control circuits
- Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently
- 18th Edition desirable, but not essential
- Experience in manufacturing, power generation, Energy from Waste, utilities or heavy industry would be particularly relevant.
