As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will focus on maintaining and improving the performance of electrical systems and equipment in a busy industrial manufacturing setting.

Opportunity to join a leading Yorkshire-based manufacturing business who is actively looking to recruit an Electrically bias Maintenance Engineer to join its growing team. Operating in international markets, the company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.


Description

As part of a multi-skilled team across three sites, you will be involved in all aspects of electrical work in a high quality, fast paced manufacturing site working on existing plant and the development of new plant and machinery.

Duties will include;

  • Installation and wiring
  • Facilities maintenance
  • Plant and machinery
  • Panels and control systems
  • Breakdowns and repairs

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with machine and plant maintenance and breakdowns
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Installation and Wiring Experience
  • Panels & control Systems Experience
  • Familiar with PLC controls and programming
  • Knowledge of PID temperature controls - desirable

Job Offer

  • Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday, with early finish on Friday's
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Enhanced parental leave benefits, including 16 weeks paternity leave and 6 months maternity pay.
  • Pension 3.2% employee and 8% employer (you can increase this to 4% employee and 10% employer)
  • Private medical
  • Share scheme
