Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a large, well-invested heavy industrial manufacturing site? We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer seeking a skilled engineer to join their established maintenance team. The Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Planned and reactive maintenance across a heavy industrial production facility.
- Electrical fault finding on automated machinery and plant equipment.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical control panels.
- PLC fault finding, with a particular focus on Siemens S7 systems.
- Supporting site reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimising downtime and maximising plant performance.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with engineering standards.

- Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Previous experience within manufacturing, heavy industry, processing, recycling, steel, aggregates, building products, FMCG, or similar environments.
- Experience working with industrial control systems and control panels.
- Siemens S7 PLC experience.
- A proactive and safety-focused approach to maintenance.
