Mobile Multi-Skilled Technician

Permanent | Mobile Role | Electrical Bias

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who is self-motivated, reliable and confident working independently, with a strong electrical background and good knowledge of building services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building services faults.
  • Complete electrical testing, certification and maintenance documentation.
  • Carry out basic plumbing, fabric and general maintenance when required.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and provide out-of-hours support.
  • Complete reports, risk assessments and update CAFM systems.
  • Identify additional works and provide accurate information for quotations.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • NVQ Level 3 / C&G Electrical Installation qualification.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent testing qualification.
  • Strong commercial electrical maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, heating and building services.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • IPAF 3a/3b and PASMA desirable.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and call-outs when required.
