Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Building Services Maintenance

Up to 40k + Overtime + Callout

We are recruiting for a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a Service and Maintenance team. This role is static based in Hoddesdon. Onsite PPM's and repairs and working with other engineers to help them during their tasks. There will be an element of fabric maintenance as well as M&E works.

The organisation has seen steady growth doubling in size over the past few years and has contracts signed up with a full order book through to 2029 already.

Performing PPM's, repairs, and call outs, there is an on-call rota currently across the site.

Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Package

  • Salary: basic £40,000 + 2k Bonus
  • 40-hour week
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • On-call payment: 1 in 5
  • OT time: weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Private Pension

Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Requirements

  • Used to performing Repairs to various buildings - Essential
  • Electrical Background & Health and safety knowledge - Essential
  • C&G or NVQ level 2 or above trained - Desirable
  • CRB Checked - Essential

This would suit someone who has worked within Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
