Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Electrical Maintenance Operative to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our buildings at various UK locations. This includes supporting self-storage facilities, office complexes, and retail parades.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carry out routine and reactive maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Work in accordance with safety standards, Permit to Work systems, and incident reporting procedures, maintaining safe, clean, and compliant working environments.
  • Accurately record completed work and associated costs using internal systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship (Required)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) (Required)
  • 18th Edition Electrical Regulations certification (Required)
  • C&G 2391-51 or 52 (Required)
  • Cladding and roofing experience (Desirable)
  • IPAF licence (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices, including risk assessments
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet KPI/SLA targets
  • Confident using IT systems to log work and maintain records
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
