Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations across two premium office locations while remaining hands-on and technically involved.
The contract is new to ISS and offers excellent long-term growth potential. This role would suit an ambitious Senior Engineer ready to move into a lead position, or an experienced Supervisor looking for a fresh challenge within a prestigious client environment.
As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee maintenance delivery across multiple client sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading electrical maintenance activities across the contract
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and electrical repairs
- Managing engineering compliance and ensuring statutory obligations are met
- Auditing engineering delivery and maintaining compliance standards
- Coordinating and managing specialist subcontractors
- Reviewing RAMS and overseeing contractor activities
- Supporting the planning and allocation of maintenance tasks
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Undertaking basic fabric maintenance when required, including minor plumbing, door hardware repairs, carpet tile replacement and general building maintenance

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Fully qualified Electrician
- Strong electrical maintenance experience within commercial buildings or facilities management environments
- Strong hands-on engineering capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Facilities Management or Building Services experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Additional trade qualifications or multi-skilled experience
