Location: Flixton, Bungay

Shift Pattern: Night Shift, 4 on 4 off 6PM-6AM

Salary: Up to £56,000 with Weekly Pay Structure

About The Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be part of our night shift team to carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), handling breakdowns, and installation work on the factory floor. Our Flixton site is one of our renowned Poultry processing & production facilities, providing goods to other 2Sisters sites for use in products supplied to M&S and other large retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly
  • Responding to and resolving breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime
  • Performing installation work on new and existing equipment
  • Collaborating with a team of engineers and maintenance staff to maintain high operational standards

About You

You are a detail-oriented and driven individual with a background in Electrical Maintenance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen ability to assess risks and solve problems quickly. Your positive attitude and willingness to work in a poultry environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Skills

  • NVQ Level 3 minimum in a relevant Electrical discipline
  • Experience working in a FMCG environment is highly advantageous
