We’ve got a great opportunity to switch up your career as an Electrical Manager within our Home Group Repairs Service. This is your chance to build on your experience, grow your leadership skills, and be part of a team that’s genuinely making a difference.

You’ll lead the delivery of customer-focused electrical installation and maintenance services across responsive and void properties—coordinating work programmes, guiding both in-house teams and subcontractors, and ensuring we get things right first time, every time.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensuring all work meets legislative requirements
  • Lead Supervisors and Electricians to deliver right-first-time electrical compliance, repairs and installations
  • Oversee team, subcontractor and supplier performance against budgets, KPIs and service standards
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements
  • Drive high performance, productivity, quality and value for money
  • Promote continuous improvement and service innovation across the team

You have

  • Relevant electrical qualification with strong knowledge of safety and compliance in a housing/maintenance environment
  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in building services or comparable experience
  • Health & Safety qualification with experience managing H&S, CDM and gas compliance regulations
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, driving performance, productivity and quality
  • Experience leading teams and subcontractors in electrical maintenance and compliance, with confidence to manage performance and have challenging conversations

The practical bits

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid role working from our office in Maryport and from home
  • Confidence using technology
  • A full current driving license and access to your own vehicle. We’ll pay your mileage
  • You’ll need a basic DBS check which we pay for
