Consilium Contracting Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance, delivery, and compliance of our Electrical Division, supporting our growing portfolio of Social Housing, Local Authority, and wider public sector works.
This is a senior, hands-on operational management role, leading our Electrical Supervisors, Electricians, and Electrical Planning Team and ensuring works are safely, efficiently, and commercially delivered while achieving our customer KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Consilium's Electrical Division.
- Manage and support Electrical Supervisors, Electricians, and the Electrical Planning Team.
- Oversee EICR programmes, remedials, responsive repairs, voids, rewires, and wider electrical works.
- Ensure electrical compliance, testing, certification, and audit readiness.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and technical compliance.
- Drive KPI performance, productivity, and Right First Time delivery.
- Manage labour, resources, and operational priorities.
- Ensure workforce competency, training, and development.
- Support mobilisation and delivery of new electrical contracts.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Attend customer and contract performance meetings.
- Work closely with Operations, Planning, Commercial, and Compliance.
- Provide accurate reporting on performance, KPIs, resources, compliance, and operational risk.
- Lead from the front; regularly visiting live works and supporting teams on the ground.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, or Senior Electrical Supervisor ready to take ownership of a busy and growing electrical operation. You will have:

- Strong electrical technical knowledge and management experience.
- Proven experience leading electrical teams.
- Relevant electrical installation, inspection, and testing qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations, certification, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A commercial and performance-focused approach.
- A hands-on, lead from the front management style.
- Experience within Social Housing, EICRs, responsive maintenance, and voids would be highly advantageous.
Job Location
Based from our Head Office in Paisley, with responsibility for electrical operations across Consilium contracts throughout Scotland. Travel to customer offices, operational sites, and our regional offices will be required as necessary. A valid UK driving licence and DVLA check are required.
