Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer – Commercial Office

Salary: £47,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Overtime: Available

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer – £47,000 – Bond Street, London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team working on a prestigious commercial office building in Bond Street, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position with great company benefits, ongoing training and genuine opportunities to progress into senior engineering roles.

The successful candidate will have strong electrical maintenance experience and, importantly, previous experience working with Fan Coil Units (FCUs) is essential.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and general building services duties across a high-quality commercial office environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fan Coil Unit (FCU) maintenance – essential experience
  • AHU maintenance and checks
  • Emergency lighting testing and fault finding
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Sprinkler system testing
  • Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
  • Simtronic lighting systems
  • 3-phase motors
  • Circuit boards and electrical components
  • Smoke alarm testing and maintenance

About You

The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in commercial building maintenance.

You Should Have

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer
  • Hands-on Fan Coil Unit experience – essential
  • Strong electrical fault-finding ability
  • Experience within a commercial office environment
  • Knowledge of AHUs and general HVAC systems
  • Experience with emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
  • Understanding of 3-phase systems and motors
  • Good knowledge of electrical maintenance and building services
