We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our team covering Eastleigh and the surrounding area.
The Electrical Operations Supervisor will oversee all electrical installations, repairs, and testing programs, including our empty properties within your area. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring technical standards meet BS7671 regulations, including certification and Abri specifications are met.
- Oversee all electrical installations, repairs, and testing programs
- Lead a team of electricians
- Ensure technical standards meet BS7671 regulations and Abri specifications
- Manage and drive your team to complete works for our customers by working alongside our scheduling teams and ensuring materials are available to achieve a first-time fix
- Hold monthly toolbox talks to complete any necessary CPD training and hold regular reviews with your team

Having additional knowledge and experience in Electrical vehicle charging, battery storage, and Photovoltaic (PV) installations is advantageous.
