We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a site-based role responsible for managing and coordinating electrical building services works on major data centre projects, ensuring delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders
  • Manage electrical installation activities associated with the assigned package, ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Coordinate closely with the project team to sequence electrical installations, including containment, cabling, power systems, and associated electrical services, to meet programme milestones
  • Prepare and review electrical method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation for construction activities
  • Manage and monitor the four-week look-ahead programme for the electrical package in coordination with the wider project team
  • Coordinate with electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of the works package
  • Assist with documenting and costing scope changes, including preparation of monthly valuations and contribution to the final account
  • Manage technical submittals, RFIs, inspection records, and quality documentation associated with the electrical package
  • Compile and maintain O&M, testing, commissioning, and BCAR documentation for the electrical works
  • Monitor changes during installation and ensure all as-built information accurately reflects completed works
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar electrical package management role within a construction contracting environment
  • Previous experience delivering electrical packages on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical building services installations and construction processes
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
