Want to own electrical projects from concept through to commissioning?
This is not a purely desk-based design role.
You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, combining electrical design, project delivery, site work, and commissioning across HV/LV systems, power generation, and renewable energy projects.
And importantly, you don’t need to be the finished article.
If you’re an experienced Electrical Project Engineer with strong technical foundations, good project exposure, and the ambition to step up, you’ll be given the tools and support to develop - while also being trusted to work autonomously and take ownership.
We will also accept applications from recent graduates with a high aptitude to learn, strong analytical skills, and have that "what if?" attitude.
What you’ll be doing
- Electrical design and engineering
- HV and LV systems
- Feasibility studies and technical assessments
- Project delivery and technical oversight
- SCADA and process control
- Grid-connected and renewable energy projects
- Site visits and stakeholder engagement
- Testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Technical reports and proposals
- Liaison with clients, suppliers, utilities, and regulatory bodies

We’d like to hear from:
- Electrical Project Engineers
- Senior Electrical Engineers
- Electrical Design Engineers
- Power Systems Engineers
Experience in power generation, renewables, HV/LV, grid integration, SCADA, industrial electrical systems, EPC, or commissioning would be highly relevant.
You’ll ideally hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Package
- Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
- Car Allowance: £4,000
- Location: Home based
Travel: Regular UK project travel, with occasional overseas travel
