Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of managing electrical installations from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical aspects of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards
- Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
- Ensure quality control and successful project delivery

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-out or construction
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
- SMSTS or equivalent health & safety certification preferred

Desirable
- Experience working on office, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects
- Knowledge of current UK building regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management software
