About The Role
The Electrical Project Manager will join RGB Network’s client in Dartford, overseeing commercial and industrial design-and-build schemes from inception to handover. This permanent, full-time position carries a salary between £55,000 and £75,000, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits. You will take charge of programming, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring works meet technical specifications, budgetary targets, and strict timelines. The role suits a commercially astute professional with solid MEP knowledge, capable of resolving on-site challenges and maintaining robust client relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced electrical professional looking to take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, while working alongside an experienced leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project plans, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.
- Control project costs, budgets, and forecasting.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical standards and industry regulations.

Requirements
- ECS 18th Edition Gold Card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical installation projects.
- Experience managing electrical projects and project teams.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and motivated approach to work.
