£8,000 per month + accommodation, flights and your own driver Jakarta, Indonesia - site based

Fancy running a major international build with your living costs taken care of? An established international electrical contractor is hiring an Electrical Project Manager for a large-scale project in Jakarta, on a full expat package: £8,000 a month, accommodation provided, flights covered and a personal driver.

This is a proper delivery role. You'll own the electrical package day to day, from submittals and RFIs through programme, labour, plant and materials, and drive it through commissioning to handover.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning technical submittals and RFIs from issue through to approval
  • Running the labour tracker and weekly progress reports, managing changes and variations
  • Liaising with the main contractor and the client's site team
  • Coordinating plant, equipment and materials so the job never stands still
  • Putting construction and commissioning programmes in place and implementing the commissioning plan on site
  • Producing regular snag lists, driving improvements and managing the handover process
  • Keeping the project schedule and document management system up to date
  • Attending site and subcontractor meetings and closing out actions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
