Company Overview

A growing Electrical Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its expanding team. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Design & Build commercial fit-out projects across London. With the addition of a Mechanical division, the business can now provide a complete Mechanical & Electrical solution to its clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at an important stage of its development, with genuine scope to grow your career alongside the company.

Based from the company's London head office, you will oversee multiple fast-track commercial fit-out projects across the City of London. Depending on the size and complexity of each scheme, you will either manage several projects simultaneously or focus on one larger development, taking responsibility from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal delivery team, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
